Квартира находится на возвышенности в спокойном и приятном районе, где живут в основном местные. Предоставляется парковка. Квартира чистая и в хорошем состоянии, современная кухня, есть всё необходимое. Никакого шума, терасса с видом на сад. До моря пешком 15 минут, обратно приходится подниматься в гору. Центр и магазины, рестораны примерно в 20 минутах пешком.

I've been living in this apartment for several months. The apartment has good location in a quiet area and close walking distance to the centre of Nice, and the beach. Beautiful, clean and modern apartment. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.
Nice outside terrace with a garden vue, and bedroom was very comfortable. Fantastic value!
