Da localização.
O estado de limpeza do imóvel é degradante.Paredes sujas,portas sujas. Caixas de circulação de ar nos WCS sujas.
Imensas baratas no exterior e algumas no interior do imóvel.. Ao ponto de quando dormíamos passarem as baratas na nossa cara. informado o anfitrião não arranjou solução para o problema...
