The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this attractive 17th century half-timbered house in the heart of the historic center of Dinan, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
It comprises a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Towels, sheets and wifi included, we're waiting for you! The house is composed as follows: First floor: - Living room with armchairs, coffee table and TV - Fully equipped open kitchen: oven, microwave, hob, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher.
Second floor: - Bedroom 1: double bed 160 x 190 cm, chest of drawers. - Bathroom with shower and WC Second floor : - Bedroom 2: Two single beds (80 x 190cm) that can be combined into a double bed.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park in the free or paid parking lots close to the accommodation.
Other modes of transport: - Bus to Saint-Brieuc, Saint-Malo, Rennes - Nearest train station: Dinan train station, 5 min by car - Nearest airport: Rennes airport 50 min by car Other comments: - The wooden staircase leading to the rooms is a little steep. - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Housekeeping is included in your stay, and you'll find 4* hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with beds made up on arrival.

Couple avec 2 enfants (10 et 13), nous avons loué cette très jolie maison sur un week-end pour découvrir Dinan.La maison est très bien située pour profiter du coeur historique piéton, près de l'église Saint-Malo, tout en étant dans une rue calme.Le grand parking de la mairie est seulement à 2 pas.No...

House location and easy car parking.
Would have been helpful to have had explanatory leaflets about the hob, microwave, tv and heating.
The rope on bottom staircase is not secure.
