Should you wish to hire a day or picnic boat for all, or some of your stay, it can be moored in the boat basin by the raised decking area outside of the property.
Wroxham is known as the ’Capital of the Norfolk Broads’, with daily boat hire and river trips available to enjoy the expanse of waterways with plenty of shops, waterside restaurants and cafes to enjoy.
The train station, model village and Wroxham Barns are located on the edge of town.
For a car-free holiday, Wroxham is well served by trains and buses.
Norwich city centre with its cathedral, museums, theatre, cafes and shops is 8 miles.

Cottage was perfect however we had issues with the handrail it wasn’t wide enough to grip and it stops not quite to the top of the stairs. The leather couches were lovely but very low to get up. But overall we overcome these issues.

Enjoyable few days cottage good with easy parking very close. Needs a few more kitchen items ie bread bin, kitchen scissors and the outside both front and balcony need cleaning and weeding but inside very clean and warm.

Perfect location, clean and a great welcome with a bottle of wine and wine gums, a nice touch.
Only negative side was the heating, the bedrooms felt damp and the heating in the front bedroom (app the hotel) was inadequate with the clothing hung up in the cupboard being damp.
