The villa is located 5 minutes from the beach of Agios Nikitas, 10 minutes from Kathisma beach and 7 minutes from the town centre. A parking space is available on the property. Pets are allowed upon request. The property has step-free access. Directions to the Property Follow the brown signs directing you toward the churches, specifically the one pointing to the Church of Agios Spyridonas.

The property was exactly as described and Spiros was a very helpful and pleasant host. We enjoyed walking into the mountains and the spring flowers and birdsong. The family of cats (mother and four adolescent kittens) were, for us, a bonus.It is not the easiest place to find - but was well worth doing so!
