The living areas in this first-floor apartment include a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, a sitting room with Smart TV, and a ground-floor sunroom. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed front garden with gravelled area, courtyard and furniture, off-road parking for one car, and further roadside parking. You'll find a shop in 0.1 miles, a pub in 0.2 miles, and the beach in 0.4 miles. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price. 18 Tyn Celyn is the perfect base for a family break to the centre of Llandudno. Stair gate available upon request. Stayed here last week with my partner and 88 year old father. The apartment itself is situated on a quiet road approx 5 minutes walk to the Promenade. Easy Parking on the road outside or driveway.
