Possibility to increase the capacity of the gîte to 14 people and to rent the adjoining rural gîte (N°4292) for a total of 19 people.
Parking for 3 cars.
For your comfort, the charges are included in the rental price.
We will particularly appreciate the coolness of the rooms during the hot summer days and the large capacity of the gîte appreciated by large families.
In the mid-season, the wood stove provides pleasant warmth as additional heating.
Gîte with covered terrace of 12 m² and garden furniture.
Located on the edge of Pilat National Park, our cottage is ideally situated for outdoor enthusiasts: hiking, geocaching, and climbing (a natural climbing site is less than 10 km away), while remaining close to major shopping areas and major cities such as Saint-Etienne (30 minutes) and Lyon (50 minutes), which offer a wide range of outings.
Just 300 meters from the cottage, the Maison des tresses et lacets (House of Braids and Laces) is a must-see for young and old alike.
The price includes: - Utilities (heating, electricity, gas, and water) Please note that in case of excessive consumption, an additional charge may be charged.
The price does not include: - Cleaning fee - Bed linen and bathroom rental Terraced house, ground floor bedroom and toilet, television, DVD player, mobile phone, internet access, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, sofa bed, stove, barbecue/plancha, extra bed, baby equipment, Wi-Fi, terrace, pets allowed, farmhouse, house, private entrance.
Options to be paid on site: Cleaning fee (optional): €60.
Pair of sheets for a single bed (optional): €8.
Pair of sheets for a double bed (optional): €9.

L'environnement des gîtes est très agréable même si on n'a pas pu trop en profiter à cause de la météo, la propriétaire est flexible et très sympa, il y a largement de quoi cuisiner pour plein !
Attention le sol est froid ! Prévoyez des pantoufles !!
Un peu plus de papier toilette et des pastilles pour lave vaisselle (ou au moins l'info qu'il n'y en a pas) auraient été de vrais plus !
