Beautiful woodland retreat tucked away in the trees. Excellent accommodation, comfortable beds and furniture everything had been thought of. Spotlessly clean. Fantastic location for an easy 15 min walk to Coniston Water

Lovely log cabin. Clean, tidy and very well presented. Beds were so comfortable. Hot tub was lovely, ready to use on arrival. Everything you need for a trip away.

Acorn Retreat is definitely the most private lodge on the site and great if you like wildlife. It was lovely sat out on the balcony watching the birds and squirrels .The lodge was comfortable and well equipped but did look a bit tired in places. We would definitely stay again, the location and surroundings definitely make for a relaxing break.
