Wi-Fi at Ladera is very intermittent so please be aware of this before arrival. Security Deposit: Please note that a security deposit of £250, payable directly to the park via bank transfer, is required prior to arrival.
A representative from the park will contact you to arrange payment.
The deposit will be refunded back onto your card shortly after bank details have been provided for the transfer. Arrival Information: Check in is between 4pm - 6.30pm, if you are going to arrive after 6.30pm please call the park to arrange.Facilities: Please be aware that your hot tub may not be up to optimum temperature on your day of arrival due to water change and maintenance.Fast Broadband Internet has now been implemented on site.NO gas BBQ,s are permitted on the park but guests can bring their own disposable BBQ's-These have to be raised from the ground.Ladera Retreat Lodges reception staff will contact you prior to arrival with all the necessary check in details. Great location, close to shops and bars if that’s what you’re after. Loved the jacuzzi. 100% would choose lodge 1 again for a weekend away.
