The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge which is an integrated under counter fridge with a small ice box, dishwasher, a living/dining room with dining seating for four people and a TV, and a games room with multi games table offering pool, air hockey and table tennis. The bedrooms consist of 2 single beds and a day bed, and one double bed, along with a shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawn, rear garden with decking and a wood fired hot tub with a cold water bucket therapy shower, as well as ample off-road parking. Within 0.4 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.5 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
