This unique beach house is located in Beach Houses Zandvoort, right by the beach, just 1.5 km from the town center.
This single-storey house features modern furnishings, a living area with a dining space, and an open kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer.
It has two bedrooms with double closet-beds and a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet.
Air conditioning is available for comfort in both warm and colder months.
Enjoy outdoor life on the sandy beach, which has comfortable furniture.
The beach houses are arranged in two rows, offering full or partial sea views, depending on the house number.
Please note that there is no dedicated parking at the resort.
Public parking is available for a fee, especially high near the beach and town center.
We recommend using parking lots or garages on the outskirts and check the Municipality of Zandvoort's website for affordable multi-day parking options.
Zandvoort is also accessible by public transport from the station to the beach via bus line 81 or 84, with a short walk to the beach.
At Beach Houses Zandvoort, you can choose from three types of beach houses accommodating two to four people.
Note: - From 25–28 June 2026, the Luminosity Festival will take place near the park, so it may be busier than usual.
A €400 deposit applies for 4-person accommodations and €700 for those with more than 4 people.
This deposit applies to all guests, even if you don’t attend the festival.
Please ensure your IBAN is entered under “My Details” for the refund after your stay. The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures.
However, the level of comfort is as described You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs.
You are required to pay this account before your arrival.
This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only.
Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged This accommodation is located in a holiday park.

Die Lage ist einfach toll. Tür auf - und das Meer direkt vor der Haustür. Das Haus ist klein, aber gut aufgeteilt. Für uns hat es gepasst. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche war gut.
Parkplätze gibt es oben an der Promenade, das Wochenticket kostet 50€ und von dort aus ist es nicht weit, bis zum Haus.
...
Die Buchung war etwas umständlich, zum Teil über Bellvilla und zum Teil über Roompot. Und auch die Beschreibung der Parksituation hat nicht gepasst. Man findet direkt oben an der Straße einen Parkplatz und 50€ für das Wochenticket war für uns auch ok.
Wir haben die Zeit genossen, aber man kann noch vieles verbessern!

Beach House bietet erstmal alles was man braucht! Töpfe Pfanne und Besteck ist vorhanden!
Beach House ist perfekt, nur nicht für 4 Personen! Etwas zu eng!
Wir hatten netten Kontakt zum Beach Club!
1)Bei der Buchung des Beach Houses hat man keinen Einfluß auf den Standort des Hauses ( erste Reihe oder zweite Reihe zu wählen)obwohl alle anderen Häuser frei sind !??! Warum nicht ?
2)Man kann alle Fenster und Türen mit Vorhängen zuziehen, nur das Fenster in der Küche hat keinen Vorhang! Warum ni...
