Your holiday rental, fitted out on one level, includes: On the ground floor: Entrance hall, large living room with beautiful fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms each with their 160x200 bed and private bathroom (shower), 2 separate toilets, laundry room, 1 wellness room with spa and sauna: 6 bathrobes available.
Outside: Private courtyard of 40 m², terrace of 35 m² at the back of a 200 m² plot of land currently being laid to grass.
Parking in the courtyard or on the car park at the entrance to the property.

In the countryside, in a dead end leading to the property, this pretty building, comfortably renovated with its contemporary layout, welcomes you all year round for weekly stays or for a few nights.
For moments of pure relaxation, you will enjoy a 5-seater SPA and an infrared sauna: even bathrobes are provided! It's difficult to leave this setting, but the Côte de Goëlo has some pretty curiosities in store for you to discover: the charming Casino beach in St Quay Portrieux (2.8 km) with all its water activities (windsurfing, beach volleyball, carousel, mini golf. ..), a stroll along the fishing and marina ports is a must. 4.7 km from Binic, pretty seaside resort with Banche beach at the entrance to the resort, facing the quays. 22 km from St-Brieuc.

Très beau gîte, spacieux, calme, confortable, bien situé près des chemins de randonnée. Jacuzzi et saunas ont été très appréciés. Une salle de bain par chambre est aussi un plus. Tout est conforme au descriptif.Et merci à Anne pour son accueil. Nous recommandons à 100%
