Not to burn the house. If you think you are unable to abide by these conditions please do not book (cancel the booking) and your money will be fully refunded.

My only concern was the lack of reviews for the accommodation (which I will rectify now!)
Upon check in (which was via a key safe) it was obvious that the property has been recently upgraded to a high standard, hence the lack of reviews.
The photos are 100% genuine. The hot tub in the summer house ...
