On this unique spot just outside De Cocksdorp, between the old and new dike, you will feel like you are on an idyllic holiday destination.
If you walk up the stairs of the new dike behind your accommodation, you will have a view over the beautiful UNESCO World Heritage site "The Wadden Sea," with Vlieland, the first neighboring island, within sight.
With a bit of luck, you can see seals lying on the sand flats with the naked eye near the channel.
If you walk or cycle south, you will find the nature reserves "De Schorren and Utopia." If you head north, you will reach the lighthouse via the "Haventje van Sil," the nature monument "De Volharding," and beach pavilion "Kaap Noord." This new luxury detached villa, outside De Cocksdorp, is located at 'Hoeve Zeeburg' with a beautiful spacious garden and a sauna with a view of the lighthouse.

Was für ein wunderschönes Haus! Komplett ausgestattet, luxuriös, mit Badezimmern voller Extras und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Hausnummer 6 war sauber, mit tollen Betten und in herrlicher, sonniger Lage. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir (2 Erwachsene & 2 Kinder) waren total begeistert von der Unterkunft. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Lage ist super, man ist fußläufig schnell im Zentrum. Mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto ist man schnell am Strand. Wir empfehlen das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter und werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Ein gut ausgestattetes freistehendes Haus mit einem Kamin hinter Glas. Tolle Optik Ruhige Lage.Separater Parkplatz. Bäcker fussläufig zu erreichen. Eine Duche war mit „Sun Shower“ ausgestattet, eine Dusche konnte bedampft werden und es gab eine Sauna!👍 Wir würden es in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen.
