Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video conferences), 3 smart TVs with satellite reception and video-on-demand, ceiling fans for climate control, a workspace, high chair, baby cot, and barrier-free access throughout the house. In the private garden, you will find covered and open terraces with panoramic views of the Ajaches mountains, the sea and Playa Blanca.
The private, heated outdoor pool measures 26 m² and features an outdoor shower, a barbecue, 6 sun loungers, and a dining area for 6 people on the terrace. You have access to several private parking spaces on the property as well as public parking on the street.
Tennis courts, water sports and shopping facilities are nearby, and public transport is within reach.
The villa is non-smoking indoors, smoking is permitted outdoors.

De mooie uitzichten en gemakkelijk vanuit de villa de bereikbaarheid van de vele bezienswaardigheden per auto
Vele supermarkten op Max 10 minuutjes rijden
De vele leuke restaurants ook makkelijk bereikbaar per auto en gratis parkeren

Villa Nitho is in a very enviable position as you can visit everywhere on the Lanzarote island plus nice restaurants and shops nereby. We hope to visit again before not very long. The weather was good too!
There was nothing we didn't enjoy during our stay, hence we will be back, hopefully before too long
