Room 5 is a spacious double room with scenic views across the Estate.
Recently redecorated, it provides a fresh, modern feel and includes an ensuite bathroom, a wardrobe, tea and coffee facilities, fresh linens, towels, and complimentary toiletries.
Please note that there is a single step from the bedroom into the bathroom.
Our guest rooms are located within the Estate’s Main House, offering a characterful and convenient base with easy access to all on‑site facilities.
Guests can enjoy our bar and social club, a welcoming hub at the heart of the Estate.
It is the perfect place to relax with a drink, meet local residents, or enjoy darts, bar billiards, pool, and regular social events in a friendly community atmosphere.
The Springbok Estate spans 240 acres of picturesque countryside, ideal for those who enjoy nature and the outdoors.
Guests can explore open grounds, peaceful woodland paths through Sidney Wood, and scenic walking routes that connect directly to the Wey & Arun Canal.
Our private fishing lake offers a tranquil spot for both experienced anglers and those simply looking for a quiet place to unwind.
The Estate is ideally situated for exploring Surrey and West Sussex, with nearby attractions including the South Downs National Park, Winkworth Arboretum, Cranleigh village, Guildford, Horsham, and the National Trust’s Petworth House and Park.
Breakfast is available to order, with cooked options offered at weekends.
Our Sunday Roasts are also highly recommended.

The room, the welcoming staff, the surrounding nature,. It was all very neat and tidy. We really enjoyed the Carol Singing and Tombola.
Difficult to reach by public transport, though the Surrey Connect works well.

Der einzige kleine Wermutstropfen ist, dass das W-LAN nicht bis ins Zimmer reichte! Aber kein Problem.
