On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, ensuring more privacy for those staying on this level.
The living room is a cozy corner to relax after the beach, with a sofa, a two-seater chaise longue, an armchair, a TV, a fireplace, and a dining table for four, where everyone can eat together.
The compact kitchen is practical and equipped for preparing light meals, facilitating simple breakfasts or easy home-cooked dinners without hassle.
Outdoors, the house features a generous area designed for al fresco living.
A shaded table for six, next to the charcoal barbecue, creates a comfortable spot for leisurely long lunches and relaxed evening barbecues.
