This beautiful rustic finca offers a dreamlike exterior area.
Located in a little hill, it features about 35000 m2 with lots of trees and pure nature.
It even offers a little garden with fruit trees so that you can grab the fruits if it's the proper season.
Meanwhile, you will be delighted with the wonderful barbecue alfresco or enjoy a glass of wine under the thatched pergola by the private pool, surrounded by natural stone.
It sizes 10 x 5 metres and the water depth ranges from 1.40 to 1.90 metres.
This is a chlorine pool with several sun loungers around to bask in the sun, take a dip and admire the beautiful views.
The property is fenced and it has total privacy.
This superb house comprising 2 floors, offers two living rooms with a fireplace, comfortable sofas and armchairs where you can relax and watch the satellite TV channels and favourite DVD films or simply take a nap.
One of the rooms is specially beautiful since it features Mallorcan stoned walls and wooden beams at the ceiling giving to the space a warm and cosy touch.
Whereas, on the other hand, the other room leads to the dining area.
The kitchen is independent and it's fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven and kitchen utensils in order to cook delicious dishes.
A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board also are available, of course.
Two bathrooms with a shower each complete the storey.
On the first floor, you will find 4 bedrooms with a wardrobe each.
Three of them have a double bed while the last one offers two twin beds.
