Chilton Manor House consists of a kitchen/diner with an electric range double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, a dining area with seating, and a sitting room with a Smart TV and gas fire. The bedrooms consist of a double with an en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, a further double, two first-floor family rooms (one with a loft bedroom), and two second-floor doubles, along with a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC, and a second-floor shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Outside, there is off-road parking for five cars and an enclosed rear garden with a patio, lawn and furniture. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, and a cot and highchair are available on request.
