How much commission does Holidu charge per booking?
Holidu charges one commission per booking. It combines the channel, processing, and Holidu fees into a single amount that is already included in the price your guest pays, so there are no hidden surprises. Your exact rate depends on your account and booking channel.
What does the commission cover?
When you receive a new booking, Holidu automatically generates a commission invoice and adds it to your account. This invoice is the legal document for all charges linked to that booking.
How do extra fees and VAT affect my commission?
Extra fees may be included in the guest's total price or charged on site, depending on the booking channel and fee type. Any commission is shown in your net earnings on the booking invoice and booking details. If you are VAT registered, your invoice may also include VAT. For more details, read our article on VAT.
Do partner channels add their own fees?
Yes. Channels such as Airbnb and Booking.com may apply their own commission or service fees on top of the price you set in Holidu. The final guest price on these channels can therefore differ slightly from your base price.
