To list your property on Holidu, first check that it's in one of our covered markets: Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Germany, France, Austria, or Croatia. If it is, create your host account at https://www.holidu.com/host and set up your property.

What are the steps to list my property?

1. Go to https://www.holidu.com/host and create your account.
2. Click "Create a new property".
3. Complete your property details, including address, photos, and amenities.
4. Submit the legal documents required in your market, such as a business license or the NRA in Spain.
5. Add your bank and identity details so we can verify your account.

If you already use a separate channel manager, you can still submit the form.

When will my listing go live?

New listings are reviewed manually by our team, so they aren't published immediately. Once everything is approved, you'll receive an email, and your property will be visible on Holidu and partner sites. Review times vary, so contact Sales if you haven't heard back after several business days.

Why is my property not published yet?

Publication can be delayed if required details or documents are missing, if your account needs verification, or if the property doesn't meet platform guidelines or local regulations. If your address is outside our covered markets, you'll receive an email letting you know we can't publish it yet.
