2. Click "+ Add Property" in the top left corner on desktop, or "+ Add" in the bottom right corner in the app.
3. Choose whether your property is a single structure (one dwelling unit) or a multi-unit property (several units at the same address).
4. Answer whether your property is already listed on a booking platform such as Booking.com or Airbnb. If it is, you can import some listing information to set up faster.
5. Enter a property name that potential guests will easily understand.
6. Select your property type (for example, apartment, villa, or chalet) and enter the maximum number of guests it can accommodate.
7. Enter the full property address and move the map pin to the exact location.
8. If you are a property manager, enter the email address of the host account linked to the property.

What happens next

Your property is now created with its basic information. Before requesting publication, complete the remaining details, such as photos and descriptions. When you click "Request Publication," your Account Manager will contact you to finalize the details and publish your listing on the distribution channels.
