How does the Star Host Program work?

Holidu evaluates every host automatically on a monthly basis to check whether you meet the Star Host criteria. To qualify, you need to meet all three of the following requirements:

• Complete at least 6 bookings: You need more than five non-cancelled bookings that were made within the past 365 days and where the stay has been completed. At least one of these bookings must have been made through the Holidu platform.

Note: The 365-day window applies to the booking date, not the stay date. Bookings made more than a year ago do not count toward Star Host status, even if the guest stayed recently.

• Maintain high guest ratings: You need at least three reviews with an average score above 90 out of 100.
• Avoid cancellations due to host error: Your record must be free of cancellations caused by host error or overbooking over the past year.

By consistently meeting these standards, you can earn and keep the Star Host badge. The badge shows guests that you are committed to quality and reliability.

What are the benefits of being a Star Host?
