Which discounts can I offer?

• First 3 bookings discount: applied automatically to the first 3 bookings of a new property.
• Mobile discount: attracts guests booking from mobile devices.
• Loyalty discount: only available for properties with a minimum of 3 reviews on both Holidu and Booking.com, with an average score of 7.5 or higher. The discount percentage is 10% by default.
• Early bird discount: rewards guests who book in advance. You choose the lead time.
• Last-minute discount: fills availability with short-notice bookings.
• Weekly discount: rewards stays of 7 nights or more.
• Direct booking website discount: offers a small discount when guests book directly with you, through your own website or the booking module on your site.

Early bird and last-minute discounts adjust automatically based on the booking date relative to your settings.

How can I fill calendar gaps with short stays?
