How does Check24 work with Holidu?

Holidu manages Check24 bookings for you. You do not need to handle them separately.

• Holidu manages guest payments, booking confirmations, modifications, and cancellations for Check24 bookings.
• Payouts and invoices for Check24 bookings are processed through Holidu, just like other distribution channels.
• Your listing follows the main cancellation policy you set in Holidu. Changes apply across all distribution channels, except Booking.com and Airbnb, where you can set specific policies.

What happens if I need to cancel a Check24 booking?

Cancellations for Check24 bookings follow the same process as any other Holidu booking cancellation.

How do I find my property on Check24?

You can view your listing on the Check24 website at https://ferienwohnung.check24.de/. Enter your city, then navigate to your property's location on the map. Make sure to search for available dates, as your listing only appears when dates are open.

Can I opt out of Check24?

Yes, but we recommend staying active on Check24, since it can increase your bookings with no extra effort on your part. If you prefer not to list on Check24, you can deactivate the channel in the "Distribution channels" tab by clicking "Channel terms" and then "Deactivate channel" at the bottom of the page.
